Next Generation AI for Autonomous Systems

Robots are moving beyond controlled settings into the real world - on land, at sea, and in healthcare and human-performance applications. This fireside chat will explore what happens when sensing is intermittent and information is incomplete: can we trust what an autonomous system “sees” and does or tells us? Dr. Dixon will draw on decades of work across autonomous systems and bioengineering control, with a forward-looking view of how the latest advances in AI and learning can impact what comes next.
