International Gator Day 2025: Moakley Park Cleanup

Join us for our annual International Gator Day service project! This year, we’re teaming up with Boston Harbor Now, Boston Cares, and the Boston Parks and Recreation Department for a community cleanup at Moakley Park, one of the city’s largest waterfront green spaces.

This is part of the 25th Annual International Gator Day, when Gator Clubs® across the globe unite to give back to their local communities. Come out and show the size and spirit of the Gator Nation®—right here in Boston!

What to Expect

Volunteers will help pick up litter and natural debris throughout the park. The cleanup will run rain or shine from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM. All necessary tools (gloves, pickers, bags) and safety instructions will be provided.

Please wear close-toed shoes and clothes you don’t mind getting a little dirty. We also recommend bringing a water bottle, sunscreen, and a hat depending on the weather.

We'll meet near the picnic tables by the basketball courts next to Saunders Stadium. Look for Gator gear!

After the Cleanup

We’ll head to a local brewery after the cleanup to relax, recharge, and celebrate the impact we’ve made together. Come hang out with fellow Gators!
