UFAA has designated Saturday, May 16, 2026, as International Gator Day, a day in which Gator Clubs® and Affiliate Groups around the world unite to utilize the size and spirit of the Gator Nation® to positively impact local communities. Gators will join together to support projects and programs within their local communities, using their time and talents to serve others.
Join us in celebrating International Gator Day by giving back to the community alongside Boston Harbor Now, the Boston Parks and Recreation Department, and Boston Cares. Together, we’ll help care for Moakley Park, Boston’s largest waterfront park, while enjoying its natural beauty and strengthening our connection to the city we call home.

Volunteers will assist with picking up litter and natural debris throughout Moakley Park to help maintain and protect this important community and waterfront space. All activities are designed to be safe and accessible, with guidance provided throughout the event.
