Looking for a reason to head south this summer? Mark your calendars for one of the University of Florida’s most vibrant alumni events: the 2025 Gator Guayabera Guateque, hosted by the UF Association of Hispanic Alumni (AHA)!
This annual celebration takes place in Miami and brings together Gator alumni and friends to honor UF’s rich Hispanic culture while raising funds for student scholarships. It’s a joyful night of great food, live music, dancing, and recognition of outstanding members of UF’s Hispanic/Latino community.
Whether you have roots in Florida or Latin America—or just want to support a great cause—this is an incredible opportunity to connect with fellow Gators, celebrate community, and help pave the way for future Hispanic/Latino Gators.
