Gators Take Down the Razorbacks: Basketball Watch Party Recap

On January 11, the New England Gator Club® gathered at Brownstone for a basketball watch party to cheer on the Gators as they faced off against the Arkansas Razorbacks. With tip-off at 4 PM, it was the perfect way to spend an afternoon surrounded by fellow Gators, good food, and great company.

As always, Brownstone provided an excellent backdrop with its warm atmosphere and delicious menu, making it our go-to spot for Gator gatherings. The vibe was laid-back and fun, as attendees chatted with friends, enjoyed their meals, and cheered on the Gators in what turned out to be a solid 71-63 win!

This event was a little extra special because we were joined by two leaders of the Arkansas alumni club. While we may have been cheering for different teams, it was a great opportunity to connect and trade tips about running events in Boston. Sharing ideas and experiences with other alumni groups reminded us how strong and supportive the SEC network is, even when we’re rivals on the court.
