As we gather to celebrate Thanksgiving, I want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible year we’ve had as a club and express my gratitude to all of you who make the New England Gator Club® so special.

Hey, Gators! I wanted to take a moment to talk about something that’s been a huge help to me—and might be to you, too—a membership in the UF Alumni Association (UFAA). If you’ve been thinking about joining or you’re just curious about what’s in it for you, this is what I’ve found useful as a UFAA member.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who participated in this year’s silent auction and weekly raffle! Because of you, we’ve raised $1,063 through the auction and (coincidentally) $1,063 from our football watch party drawings, putting us at over 40% of our annual $5,000 goal—and we’re only halfway through the year!

If you're a UF alum with a business on the rise, now’s your time to shine! The University of Florida Alumni Association is once again celebrating Gator-led companies through the annual Gator100 program.

The scene was set at Southie Bowl, with a lineup of five brave Gators facing off against six spirited Bulldogs. Two games of intense candlepin action kept everyone on edge, with each frame bringing us closer to glory… or disaster.

On October 26th, members of the New England Gator Club® and the Charles River Conservancy joined forces for a cleanup at Herter Park in Allston/Brighton. This event brought out about 38 volunteers, including our 5-person Gator contingent, all ready to tackle an array of cleanup tasks to keep the Charles River area green, clean, and welcoming.

I wanted to take a moment to share a special event coming up that’s near to my heart. As many of you know, I was a first-generation student myself, and I know firsthand the challenges and triumphs that come with being the first in your family to navigate college.
